The effects of lithium therapy may be visible only after a few weeks or even months. You should consult your doctor.

I think that the best and only option here is to have breast reduction surgery. You could also lose weight but that's not a good idea if you are skinny now.

Recovery time is really quick. About one week or even faster since that area is constatly moist.
