Lie down, relax and let someone will massage you around the diaphragm. It should help!
have been having numbness in my left leg if i am standing on it for long. the other day it went numb and i went to the floor. i could not get up for several minutes. i also have numbing pain in my left hand

Please go to the neurologist, specialized studies are needed to make a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. It is important to not abuse pain pills because you can suffer from stomach ulcers.

Maybe you should change your diet or something? My stomach is really loud too, but it doesn't bother me so much. Did you ask doctor about it?
I have recently started having lower back pains and shoulder pain, along with wieght loss with muscle wasting and bruise very easily. I just feel like crap and get diarreha a lot

Unfortunately, the symptoms you have described may be associated with many different diseases and withoul a medical diagnosis it will be hard to tell what it is exactly.
