hot smoke? cold smoke?
I know smoking out of hookah or cigarette is both bad. But I like it once in a while. Will my teeth shift if I don't wear my retainer full time?

All you have to do is to wear braces for about 8 hours a night. I think it makes your teeth will shift.

An alternative to antibiotics in your case may be pain medications which you can buy in a local drug store.

On the basis of a behavior described by you it is really hard to say what's wrong with this woman exactly. The most likely is a personality disorder. They can be caused, for example, tumor móżguy. It is worth to check. Can not be excluded as drug addiction.
