A patient required to take 5.5 mg of WARFARIN (coumadin) everyday... each WARFARIN is 5 Mg... How many tablet should be given to that patient?!!!

Can you have more then 1 silent heart attack and how likely is it?
My Mom has had a silent heart attack followed by a regular heart attack about 6 years ago, and open heart surgery 5 years ago. She is having pain/soreness in her hands and said that hasn't happened since her silent heart attack. Is this something to be checked out?

failing Afib
When a elderly patient has ongoing constant Afib and the doctor says it"it is slowing down and we some test to confirm" what does that mean? I assumed he was telling us that his heart is failing?????
