I noticed blood under my fingernail. I hurriedly tried to clean it out using an unused plastic toothpick. I am afraid that I may have punctured the skin under my fingernail and pushed the blood into my body.

hello i am a male agying 30 years i have noticed alot of white hair allover my body scalp ,, eyebrow and even in my mubic hair i tested my thyroid functions once and it is normal what do you recommend? should I consider repeating that test again or any other tests?? thanks in advance
