Hi, today I was walking and I tripped. My phone was in my pocket and I landed on the side of my phone. There is a bruise on my thigh and you can see clearly where the phone hit. Should I be worried?

My Dr's office has misplaced or lost my medical records- history for the past 30yrs. It has been three weeks, and they still cannot find my medical records. they do not seem to comprehend the seriousness of this matter. What is my recourse?
