Why do you want to quit?


This may seem such an obvious question and you will answer because it’s bad for my health but seriously that is not a strong enough, personal and powerful reason for you quitting. To be motivated to stop and to stay off the tobacco for good there has to be a reason strong enough to cancel out any urges or cravings you may experience that would make you want to light up. Is it the fear of developing lung cancer (and other cancers)? Do you want to feel younger and look younger? Or do you want to offer protection to your family from the second hand smoke that we know causes serious damage to the health of others?
