Do you watch TV for hours on end? This lack of exercise is a nasty way to treat your heart. Even people who exercise regularly but sit most of the day can put themselves at risk of a heart attack or crippling stroke. Take a break from sitting about every half hour to stretch, walk around or stand up for a few minutes. It is thought hours of inactivity messes up the fats and glucose in your blood. Think of all your heart does for you and do something for your heart. Get up and move!
