Researchers at King’s College, London have come up with the scientific reason to back up what most of us knew already. Drink milk before you go to sleep after a bender and it will help you in the morning. The researchers say that milk rehydrates the body while at the same time it affects your brain because a chemical present in milk called tryptophan increases the production of serotonin which aids sleep.
