1. Thin is Good
We have all seen the TV educators showing 2 different shapes and one looks bigger but in reality both shapes are the same, it’s just an optical illusion. The same works for glasses. Take your drink in a long slim glass rather than a smaller wide one. That way you take less alcohol per glass. For example if you take one inch of your favorite tipple in a standard bar glass it is probably less than half the amount when compared to the same level in a designer wide bottom whiskey glass.
