7. Find a Refuge for Quiet Time
Sometimes we all just need to be alone without the outside world butting in. Find a quiet area at work or a place to walk alone for a few minutes. If you are at home then going into another room for a short spell can do the trick. If you can get into a relaxing position so much the better. Sit or lie down and just think about your breathing and reducing the stress which you feel. Calm your mind down; slow down the thinking processes just try to relax.
