Your constantly yawning co-worker tells you that he will catch up on his sleep over the weekend. But this is impossible. You cannot catch up on sleep. Your body does not store sleep like the way it stores fat. You either get a good night’s sleep that night or you don’t. Sleeping in on your days off of work does you more harm than good. Your body needs regular sleep – not too little and not too much. Get up about the same time every day to keep your body clock ticking smoothly.
