Is it really that bad?


Many people toss and turn and as they do they are worrying about how tired they will be tomorrow. They then think of outcomes of that tiredness and all of the outcomes are negative. Maybe I can’t do my job or maybe I’ll miss my bus because I slept in and on and on. There is no clear cut answer to this problem because these people tend to understand that they are being irrational, but still do it. If it continues for any length of time then perhaps a chat with your doctor would be a good idea.
